Pregnancy to Parenting is owned by Toronto Public Health and aims to help you make healthy choices if you are thinking of having a baby, are pregnant or raising a child.  It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis or guidelines for treating health-related conditions or concerns.  If you have a health concern, please contact your family physician. If you have questions about services and programs at Toronto Public Health, please contact us.

Comments

Pregnancy to Parenting blog monitors user comments and may edit or remove them.  All posts will be moderated to ensure they are:

  • Relevant to pregnancy planning, pregnancy, having and caring for a baby, and parenting a young child.
  • Free from remarks that discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or other legally protected statuses.
  • Free from personal health information identifiable to a specific person.
  • Free from abusive, insulting, inaccurate, or unintelligible information.

Posted comments do not necessarily represent the views of Pregnancy to Parenting blog, Toronto Public Health, or the City of Toronto.  TPH reserves the right to edit or remove comments that it deems at its sole discretion to be inappropriate or likely to impede the normal flow of discussion.

Response Time

This site is monitored Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with the exception of statutory holidays.  TPH engages in dialogue with users when possible, and may not reply to all user comments.  Posted comments can expect a reply within 48 hours (on business days only).
