Hello and thank you for following along. I am a Registered Dietitian and mother of two. I've spent most of career at Toronto Public Health working with pregnant families and families with young children under six. It's been a privilege to work with and learn from my clients and support them in achieving their nutritional goals. One of the best things about this job has been to learn from parents how they prepare and use food traditionally in their homes. The diversity in flavour and cuisine in Toronto is unmatched and it has been (and continues to be) an incredible learning journey.
