EarlyON Centres are reopening!

As a new parent it may be difficult to know where to go or what to do with your baby or child. And the pandemic has made it even more difficult as many services have been closed or put on hold.

Good news – EarlyON Centres have been given the go ahead to offer in person indoor and outdoor programing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many EarlyON Centres have been offering their programs virtually. Now you can visit some of the centres in person!

What is an EarlyON Centre?

EarlyON Child and Family Centres offer free programs to parents/caregivers and their children from birth to six years of age.

They offer:

  • A variety of activities that promote healthy child development
  • Access to resources that support pregnancy, parenting and family well-being
  • Events and opportunities to connect with other families and make new friends
  • Information on resources and services that could help meet your family’s needs

There are lots of EarlyON Centres located in every part of Toronto. Have a look at this map to find an EarlyON Child and Family Centre near you.

The centres will be following public health guidelines to ensure their spaces are safe.  They will require you to pre-register for their programs and you must complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire before attending. Call the centre before visiting.
